To add a new announcement, follow these steps:

1. Click “Announcements” in Content Areas of the “Control Panel“.
2. Click “Edit Mode” to turn editing on (if it is not on already).
3. Click “Create Announcement” or “Modify“.
4. Enter the “Subject” and “Message” (optional).
5. Set if the announcement is permanent or not.
