Connecting to Printers, Gaming Systems and Other Devices

• All students can print to an on-campus printer by going to https://pcounter.misericordia.edu and logging in with their myMU username and password.
• Select the printer that you want to print to, upload your document and you will have 1 hour to get to that location.
• At the printer, select your username and login with your myMU password and then you will be able to print your document.
• Wireless printers are not supported in the resident halls. You must use a USB cable.

Note: For Accessing Drives from On Campus employees need to put in an I.T. Perfect Tracker ticket with PC Services.

Virtual Machine Labs

• For Students, ensure that when logged into the Virtual Machines, the correct room printer is selected.
• If the correct one is not selected, click the VDI Printer Shortcut on the desktop and connect the correct printer.
• When ready to print, print your document and go over to the Release station, click your name, login with your myMU password and click print.

*If printing is not working power off the Release station, then power it back on and try again. If that does not work, Agents should ask the user to please contact:
