To create a new message, follow these steps:

1. Upon accessing your course, click on the “Discussion Board” menu item.
2. Click into the desired discussion forum and then click on the “Create Thread” button.
3. Enter a subject and a message in their respective fields.
4. Click on “Attach a file” (if permitted) to attach files and upload your file.
5. Click on the “Submit” button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
